BIC Publishing adds Ter Haar's "Chris T. Saves the Wetlands" to library.

BATON ROUGE, La. - BIC Publishing has added a new book to its expanding library - an inspiring story for people of all ages.

Chris T. Saves the Wetlands, written by Baton Rouge author Carol Ter Haar and illustrated by Rachel Anderson, is the story of a young Christmas tree who is not chosen as a holiday decoration due to its crooked trunk. The Chris T. character, however, ultimately learns the important lesson that everyone can be a part of something special in life, regardless of his or her shortcomings. The book's message about saving the wetlands has already educated many young children about the importance of preserving our natural environment. (The book was initially published by a different company in 2005 and is now in its second printing.)

Single copies of Chris T. Saves the Wetlands are available for $20, and bulk orders (25 units or more) can be placed for $15 per book.
